felicia my felicia it was like yesterday when we left the mall after shopping w/ ma for her birthday. never would i have thought that, that would be one of the last moments we shared....lord knows i miss u and think about u daily. u motivate me to do whats right and to b an example for younger girls. i miss u so much it makes me sick at time...(and ppl wonder y i cant gain no weight? lol) but they dont know the hurt i feel just remembering the day u walked away from the car and said u would be right back. u never came. n thats what i cant get passd i was waiting to c your face but i know soon i will see u for a lifetime.....i miss u and love u and im a end this here b4 i cry! lovn u always yo lil sis fana

Double slaying in College Park seems to be 'a message,' police say

From the outside, the stucco three-level Creekwood Apartments on Camp Creek Parkway give no indication a double slaying occurred there last week.
College Park police, however, think differently. On Saturday, they arrested a resident, Michael Jackson, 21, and charged him with killing Felix Foster III and Felicia Martinez, both 21.
Detective Reed Pollard said authorities believe the victims were killed at Jackson's apartment April 10 and their bodies dumped at Oak Knoll Elementary School in East Point.
Jackson went before a judge Wednesday for a preliminary hearing on two counts of murder and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. The case was bound over to Fulton Superior Court, said College Park Solicitor Ted Meeker.
Meeker said several types of shell casings were found in Jackson's apartment, indicating various guns were used and that several people may have participated in the killings.
An East Point police officer found the victims' bodies on the morning of April 11 near two trash bins outside the school.
Police said Foster had been shot at least 17 times and Martinez was shot twice. Foster was shot several times in the arms, police said. "It seems to have been a message for something," Pollard said. "You don't just kill two people, transport them somewhere and leave them out in the open."
Troy Smith, Martinez's stepfather, said the victims were involved romantically.
"My niece was a sweet little girl," Martinez's aunt, Marcia Siebere, said from Iowa. "We still can't believe it."
Martinez, the oldest of four sisters, moved in June from Davenport, Iowa, to live with her mother, siblings and stepfather in Lawrenceville. She had worked for a company that owns a chain of pawnshops in metro Atlanta and wanted a career in fashion design, relatives said.
"She was always into fashion and looking good," Smith said. Martinez, a 1993 graduate of Davenport's Central High School, was a cheerleader and voted "best dressed" for her senior class.
Before Iowa, she lived in Wynne, Ark., where her funeral is scheduled for Saturday. A memorial service was held today at Hopewell Baptist Church in Norcross, Smith said.
Foster lived at the Country Squire Apartments on Cascade Road in southwest Atlanta.
On Tuesday, a pink eviction notice was taped to the door of Jackson's apartment, dated April 11, the day the bodies were found. The notice said Jackson owed $ 505 in back rent.
Dennis Scheib, Jackson's attorney, maintains that his client is innocent. Jackson, a 1993 graduate of George Washington Carver Comprehensive High School in southeast Atlanta, was an acquaintance of Foster's, the lawyer said.
"He shot pool with the guy," Scheib added. Jackson gave the victims the keys to his apartment and left them there alone, Scheib said. After learning that authorities were looking for him, Jackson surrendered because "he had nothing to hide," Scheib said.
